This page explains how the GMN Media static website and its enquiry builder work. It covers the website implementation, not every data-processing activity that may take place when you become a customer.

Browsing this website

This website does not use analytics scripts, advertising trackers, embedded social media widgets or third-party web fonts. Its application code does not set cookies or store form entries in browser storage.

As with other websites, the hosting provider may process technical information such as IP addresses, requested pages and timestamps to deliver and secure the website. Ask GMN Media for information about the hosting arrangement in use.

The email enquiry builder

The enquiry builder processes the details you enter in your browser to prepare an email draft. It does not submit those details to a web form server. Your draft stays in the page until you open it in an email application, copy it, save it as a text file, leave the page or reload it.

Opening a draft passes its content to your chosen email application. Saving a text file creates a local file on your device. You must send the email yourself; the website does not confirm delivery or receipt.

Once you send an email, your email provider and the receiving mail system process it in the usual way. Do not include passwords, private access credentials or unnecessary sensitive information in an enquiry.

Regional maps, orbital paths, satellite illustrations and the playout interface are illustrative. They do not identify actual satellite footprints, available bandwidth, operating facilities, live network status or a specific software product. Confirm satellite and beam availability, reception requirements, technical features and commercial terms with our team.

Support hours, response times, resilience arrangements and service levels are not specified by this website and must be agreed in the relevant service proposal.

Branding and illustration credits

The Eutelsat name identifies the partnership described by GMN Media. This website does not use an official Eutelsat partner badge. Eutelsat branding belongs to its respective owner.

The globe and regional map use public-domain geographic data from Natural Earth, adapted into a borderless design. Regional highlights and orbital paths are schematic. The GMN identity concept and service illustrations were created for this website.
