Do the regional maps show actual satellite footprints?
No. The website map is an illustrative guide to audience regions, not a beam footprint or a guarantee of reception. Ask our sales team for confirmed satellite and coverage information for your project.
What should I include in a quotation request?
Share your channel name, target countries, required service, source and output formats, expected bitrate, preferred start date and service duration. A preferred satellite is helpful, but not essential.
How do I contact technical support?
Email [email protected] with your service or channel name, a description of the issue, the time it started and your time zone. Include relevant error messages or screenshots, but never send passwords or private access credentials.
